All Ticket holders grant Dewberry Farm Operations, LLC the right to film, video, or photograph Ticket Holders for any purpose whatsoever without any payment or compensation of any kind. In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, such as electrical storms heavy rain, or high winds, Dewberry Farm may close any of the attractions without notice until the weather has cleared.

Tickets are valid for one day only (unless an Annual Pass). Ticket Holder must have their hand stamped for re-entry if they leave the farm and would like to return the same day..
Tickets cannot be duplicated. If a copy is made, the first scanned ticket will allow entry and anyone using a duplicated ticket will be denied admission. Park staff will check a photo id for verification.
All tickets/Annual Passes are non-refundable. Ticket Fees are also non-refundable.
Tickets may be exchanged for a different day if done so before the day the ticket is valid for. There is a $2.00 change fee per ticket for changing dates. Tickets may only be exchanged for the current calander season and not for another season.
The holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this attraction, and waives all rights to lay claim for any damages resulting from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the attraction.
