Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Operating hours and days are
subject to change without notice. Operating hours for specific Attractions and Food
locations may vary from Farm Operating Hours. Attractions are subject to
availability and may not operate due to inclement weather, mechanical
difficulties, or the time of year. 2025 Annual Passes expire after
12/28/25 and are not valid on School Field Trip days. Annual Passes are
non-transferable. There will be a $2.00 fee per ticket, for any date or
time changes you request to make to your original order. Additionally, if the new date you select is more expensive, you will also be charged the difference in the ticket price but you will not receive a refund if the day you select is less expensive. If the farm is forced to close for inclement weather, the change fee will be waived.
All
Ticket holders grant Dewberry Farm Operations, LLC the right to film,
video, or photograph Ticket Holders for any purpose whatsoever without
any payment or compensation of any kind. In the event of mechanical
failure or inclement weather, such as electrical storms heavy rain, or
high winds, Dewberry Farm may close any of the attractions without
notice until the weather has cleared.
**Some attractions may have height, weight, or age restrictions. **
Tickets are valid for one day only (unless an Annual Pass). Ticket Holder must have their hand stamped for re-entry.
Tickets
cannot be duplicated. If a copy is made, the first scanned ticket will
allow entry and anyone using a duplicated ticket will be denied
admission. Park staff will check a photo id for verification.
All tickets/Annual Passes are non-refundable. Ticket Fees are also non-refundable.
Tickets
may be exchanged for a different day if done so before the day the
ticket is valid for. There is a $10.00 change fee for changing dates.
The
holder of this ticket assumes all responsibilities for any risk of
bodily harm or loss of property sustained while attending this
attraction, and waives all rights to lay claim for any damages resulting
from any cause whatsoever either before, during, or after the
attraction.
Under Texas Law (Chapter 75A, Civil Practice and
Remedies Code), an Agritourism Entity in not liable for any injury to or
death of an Agritourism Participant resulting from an Agritourism
Activity.
